Having issues with property management can make an investment a nightmare....Having good property management can make all the difference in making your investment a great income project.

Property management has to collect the leases, pay bills and maintain the property. The key to success is having a property that people want to live in. This video is a client who purchased a property from my Real Estate Profit System and purchased one that was not in the system.

A successful investor needs to purchase real estate that is easy to manage and tenants stay through their lease and plus some.

That means that the saying Location-Location-Location is very important to the success of your returns and the property management being successful.

The only difference is the tenant..are they good or bad? As a property management and investor you want the tenant to be good of course. The key is can your property attract good tenants?

You want to look at amenities for sure. Are there grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, Schools and general places you need to have to live? These are the places that attract the best tenants.

Setting the proper rent also creates good tenants, Usually the higher the rents the better suited a tenant is on their finances. Do you think there is a difference between a $1500 a month tenant and a $950 a month for the same type of home?

You need to have a Realtor that understands the marketing end of leasing a property for top dollar. That is where I come in. I have a detailed marketing plan for every property we lease. That is why we get the most money for each property we do.
