Being a Realtor requires you to learn a lot about buying and selling real estate. Cold calling, door knocking is supposed to be the way to grow your real estate business. I have never door knocked or cold called in my entire career. I created niche services that attract clients without the door knocking and cold calling.

You need to have a niche in real estate to attract business and keep it. I have a lot of different niche services that my clients can tap into. For example I have a Full Service Flat Fee Listing service that gets me listings and saves my clients $1000's of dollars in commissions. I just sold two homes that are closing this week and my clients are very happy.

The important thing about creating a niche is that the service is needed and it works! I also do a lot of income real estate for clients. They can tap into all the services they need to keep their income property humming and making the most income.

We do the services so we know they are done right. My wife is a broker and we set up a Property Management to service our clients. We noticed that a lot of property managers did not have the standards of service for our clients, so we set up a very good property management service to help ensure their success.

As Realtors we need to look at the needs of clients and fix them, this a lot of times are niches. There are a lot of potential clients that need special services to handle their real estate needs.

Our leasing program is another niche service that we do and most agents do not. 2018-2019-2020-2021-2022-2023 we help create a lot of rent revenue for our clients. We get top rents for our clients with our cutting edge marketing. Our system allows more potential tenants to see our clients homes, this gets them more rent and quality tenants.

We also have a very unique purchasing system that gets offers out daily for our clients and they get real estate doing it. We have 450+ transactions Since 2018, and more real estate to come.

Buying and selling real estate is one thing, getting a niche that makes your business unique attracts clients from all over the world.
