This Property came to me from a client in New York with issues in collecting rent and property management not doing their job.

I stopped by and talked to both tenants and got the non-paying tenant to move out. Which they did  without evicting them. This saved both money and time.

The paying tenant paid their lease amount and decided to move out also.
