My wife, Angela, and I have had the incredible privilege of living in the Florida Keys for years. The beauty of the islands is spectacular! The joys we’ve experienced on those crystal clear waters are memories we will cherish forever. But as joy-filled as the ocean waters can be, they can also be treacherous. Jagged coral lies underneath the surface that can tear up or even sink a boat. So the County and Parks Department installed guideposts that direct boaters to stay out of danger and reach their destination safely. Our eight Fathom Guiding Principles function in the same way. The implementation and practice of these Principles are the guideposts that keep the Fathom Family in the deep water channels of success, growth, and fulfilled ambitions and a safe distance from the jagged coral edges of frustration, unrealized dreams, and failure
