There are what simply looks like great buys on paper. That is what they are on paper and what happens after you purchase tells all the details in the actual monkey you make.
I was speaking last week and looked at some of the properties that were being shown. One property had a 367% higher rate in violent crimes than the national average. I do not know about you but I would not want to pick up rent there.
