Making Bad real estate Good!

 


Getting a Duplex completed from the ashes of a previous investor can be challenging. This property started with new windows and exterior paint. The investor also added new heaters and A/C but forgot to get Permits.

So we have created a better interior and getting all the permits pulled that is needed on this property. 

The bottom unit will be finished next week and we can get that leased while we finish the second floor. 

The other feature needed was a utility room on the second floor. That will help create more rent and make the upper unit a better living space. 

This will be a valuable asset for my clients portfolio.....
