When you're taking any kind of real estate investing course it seems easier than it is. I noticed an ad today for a property that had wooded up windows.
What you want to ask yourself is whether good areas have wooded up windows. That means that the property has been broken into and the area is very questionable. I know where I live there are no boarded up windows in properties.
