As an international or out of state investor it is very hard to keep track of your investments especially when there is rehab going on.
The issue is always will the project get done and done correctly.
I am going to a potential client's two homes on monday because they have owned them for 4 months and one property is not leased and the other one is behind on rent after 1 month.
That simply will not happen with our company. We handle everything like I show in this video. I personally go to each property weekly and check the progress.
That is crucial for investors to not be stressed out and knowing that their investment is getting done.
