Destorying Buyers Agents Hurts Everyone including you

Realtors are so crucial to real estate for so many reasons and they save home buyers and sellers a ton of money and time.

Being a Realtor for the last 24 years I can tell you there is a lot of work, marketing and time being a real estate agent.

Let's go over some of these items

1. Buyer's Agent basically takes potential buyers out to look at real estate their potential buyers want. Sometimes that takes literally weeks or months because buying a home is probably the biggest purchase for that anyone in their life.

    Sometimes the Realtor shows properties that take gas, food and other expenses and the buyer cannot find a property that they like and the agent makes $0. That happens more than you think. The Realtor understands not all deals work out and they move on at no cost to the buyer in most cases. 

    If they find a property then the work begins on closing a property. Getting the contract agreed upon and signed. Inspection is also very crucial; it could literally kill the deal. Again more work and the agent gets $0 if the repairs are not agreed upon. 

   Then you have to get the mortgage information and understand what looks like a good mortgage and what might be an issue. There are closing costs paid by the seller that could hurt the appraisals. 

  Lastly is closing day and if an extension is needed that could also kill the deal. A Realtor would need to navigate that part also to ensure all parties are in agreement. 

Most of the time this process is 30-45 days and there are many personal issues that come up on a sale. For example the buyer gets laid off or the seller gets cold feet. This happens and the Realtor gets $0.

There are many other parts of real estate that have to be done by a buyer's agent to get real estate closed and protect property values.

Buyer's agent keeps homes moving and helps keep up demand and protect homeowners values and equity. 

Remember Buyers agent are Professional and knowlegable about real estate. They have real estate school and contining education to even keep your real estate license. 

Buyers agents have training and knowlege because they are licensed and have a Broker watching them. They work hard so home owners can get informed decisions. 

So when your with a Buyers Agent give them the love they deserve.....
