We also do before and after pictures And a buzz for the property before it’s even for lease. After everything is completed, we put together a portfolio of pictures and videos for the Investor to have for the records and for the appraiser to see when they refinance it or finance it. The other thing that Investment needs to know is the actual rental amount. It will be gotten by each property. This is an important factor for the cash flow and the profit for the client that I do every property and we are correct on all our rentals 99% of the time.
