How long do you Keep an Investment Property?



When you’re buying investment real estate, you always want To look at where you wanna be at the end of the rainbow?

You always want to get to the place where you have massive cash flow And low leverage or Debt

There are two ways to do that basically you can hold a property for years and sell it for profit To create more cash For yourself, it is important to do that. There’s another way you can also do that.

As your Equity grows You can always go out and refinance and pull the cash out. The main benefit of that it is Not taxed because it’s loan. This creates a benefit for you because you can use that money for yourself or to buy more properties.

After a few months, you can simply sell the property pay off the mortgage and decrease your capital gains. This is because you had a mortgage that you refinance and you have to pay that off put it against the capital gains.

Has you’re moving forward with all your options and investment real estate especially if you’re purchasing homes you’ll have many more ways to create income.

One of the ways also is the rent to own with a nice big down payment that also gets you cash. I do this often and I’m doing it with the house In Arizona. This is a substantial down payment that will give me a lot of cash but again I won’t have to post it as profit because I have that much money and loan on that. Always get with your CPA on this by the way

So there are many ways to look at when you should sell or keep your property, but the main reason you should do either is for cash. As you build your cash, your future will be much brighter in the Investment world.

The key is to get going Don’t look at everything going on around you but get properties that makes sense. Interest interest rates will go down. And you can refinance anytime but get going on properties that makes sense and are affordable.
