Getting a property completely finished from abroad is not an easy task if you don’t have somebody watching it. This particular property we added a second bathroom to it to get more rent. It was one bathroom and it also added to the value of the property and will attract more tenants 

During the process the client were sent update videos ​e​very week and the before and after pictures to keep them updated on what was going on with the property. This way, there is no issues with them not knowing what is going on.

They also called me from time to time to check on some stuff which was great keeping clients well informed as what we do.

Real estate can be hard if you make it hard or try and reinvent the wheel. Will we do we’ve done for 24 years and we understand how to get rehab done correctly and add value to each property
