So many real estate in 2024 takes a lot of effort and marketing. You have to get your property in front of faces most people look for real estate on their computer.

This particular house was a little bit different. My clients were moving out of their house till February, but needed to sell it because they were building a new house.

They came to me and wanted to list at a certain price and I said we could get more for the property and work out a deal with a buyer so they can stay in their house and get top price. Seems impossible?

I studied the floorplan in the area and it was a very very hot area. I figured I could get some offers in and see if I could work out a deal for my client so they could stay in the home until February. 

The offer came in full price ($20,000 more than they thought they would get) so I called the agent and said they need to stay in there till February. At first the real estate agent was shocked and said I don’t know if I can get that worked out.

I talked to them for a little bit and they called their clients and we came to a settlement for my client can stay in the house till February and close it in 60 days.

They will then lease back the property so that the owners new owners can get income while they’re in the property. This was a great successful transaction and as usual my clients were shocked. 

The key to selling is keeping everything one step at a time 

Selling the hundreds and hundreds of homes that I’ve sold I’ve seen just about everything. This was just another example is why really works for a real estate agent.
