Had a gentleman yesterday asked me what we did for the $125 we charge monthly for the flat ​fee service of the property management. I thought that was a great question.

What we do for the $125 as we collect the rent, set up the portal, deal with Tenant calls, keep portal, updated for owners and tenants, pay for assistants to keep everything updated, ​Y​ear end reports, and there’s much more to the $125 ​that we do.

We also have a home warranty that will assist you in your cost on any property. Not that we have a lot of problems but when we do​ have some maintance, it’s​ a $100 deductible ​and $525. ​per year. It allows us not to have to call you and covers pretty much everything-interior

We also have our own c​r​ews that handle all the repairs and maintenance.
