Keeping a property going abroad is not an easy task. There are a lot of people out there to talk about how their services work for Investors, but I actually show it.
Here’s a couple things that we do for our Investors that are abroad out of state.
- I identify quality properties that actually make a good income.
- Lineup inspections insurance
- Set up rehab and Construction quote
- Do before, and after pictures and weekly updates on the Construction.
- Get the property leased
- Have a flat fee $125 property management for our clients
- Having continuous and ongoing management, keeping the property moving cash flow wise and controlling the cost of maintaining.
These are just a few things that we do for international and out-of-state clients. We take care of everything. I don’t know how anybody else would be able to buy real estate unless they could have all these services ready to go.
I was talking to an investor out of Florida, who had purchased a property and cannot get it finished. The Wholesaler or Realtor had jetted on getting the property finished and he had no idea what to do and called me.
The best thing to do in real estate is maximize your profit and state with professionals. I have a résumé of finishing properties and keeping them cash flowing to the maximum amount.
