There are a lot of people on the Internet, telling you how to buy property The BRRR Method and all the stuff that goes with that. But what they don’t share with you is the after effect of a property and that’s where Management comes in. It’s easy to buy a property sometimes and show the numbers at least the hopeful numbers that will happen for the property.

Location is everything on the property as far as getting income and even equity but a lot of people just focus on income and that is why it is important to Have real estate in a great location.

You have to manage your construction on real estate. I see a lot out there. It’s gonna be a lot of money in construction for an income property. I saw one example where they were going to rewire a whole duplex. I can’t imagine what that cost? I wonder who pocketed that money because that’s excellent profit for the vendor. The more work on a property the better profit for the vendor.

The key is Location and Management. If you’re gonna be a Investor , make sure you have all those ducks in a row. I’ll be sharing more information on that in a future blog post. I think it’s important for Investors to be able to understand the whole scope of a real estate transaction and how it will provide income.
